Seven7Nation Gaming Community

​Mission: To provide teamwork/leadership advice and mentor ship to high school groups through the use of video game media by relating in game scenarios to real life situations.  This will be accomplished through various forms of delivery, Power Point presentations, seminars, gaming sessions, and E-Sports teams.

​• Power Point presentation: Used as a visual aid to many speakers Seven7Nations will be comprised of clips from various video games and other media that depict good and bad examples of, leadership, teamwork, and followership.  These embedded pieces of media will be used to help reinforce the main point of leadership speeches. 

• Seminars:  Seminars will be conducted to facilitate large groups of individuals that would like to attend speeches.  Different gaming vendors will be invited to showcase their games (multiplayer games) and uses for them in a team building environment.  Seven7nation will provide gaming kiosks for co-op and four player games to allow individuals to practice/demonstrate what they have learned during the seminar.  They may also be observed and counseled on the techniques they used during game play to help them better hone their leadership followership and teamwork skills.

• Gaming sessions will be offered at the Seven7Nation local offices and, as with the seminars, members will be assessed on their leadership, followership and teamwork abilities.  These gaming sessions will also be mobile to facilitate small sessions at schools and businesses.

• E-Sports teams:  Teams sponsored by Seven7Nation to compete on professional gaming circuits.  They will demonstrate the concepts presented during seminars, and briefings in a professional gaming environment.  Rules and criteria for belonging to a team can be found in the Seven7Nation bylaws.

• Target Audience:  The target audience is people that may need guidance and instruction on how to be an effective, team topics covered will be how to be a leader, a teammate, or a follower and what an effective team is.  The age group, for the purpose of the business, will begin as youths in HS and up to adults that must function in group settings would like that group to function as a better team..  The ability to accomplish individual sessions is there but large groups are desirable.   With video games being the premise, the main target will be high school students

•   Who will benefit:  The individuals who will most likely benefit from our business are teens that do not have extracurricular activities as well as little to no parental involvement in their lives.  Everyone has had to interact with others within a group environment many youths are now doing this in video games.  Whether formal or informal the success of the group hinges on ability of the group to become an effective team.  People will be shown that they have been leaders, they have been followers and they have been good teammates in these everyday gaming situations.  This will give them the confidence to take what they’ve applied in games and apply them in real life.
